Super short email because today we went to one of the most famous castles in Spain called the Alhambra. Charles V had a pretty cool palace there. We showed up and they gave us a wheelchair which was pretty fun. You could see a lot of Granada from the top of the castle. Pics will be included.

I love this scripture from the New Testament. Jesus said: "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10). We can live more abundantly when we come unto Christ. Abundance does not mean that we will be wealthy, but that we will have an abundance of joy, which joy only comes from God.

Friends and Family,

This week seemed really long because I was waiting for the results for the MRI and I was pretty anxious for that. They apparently sent it to some doctor in Germany and he told me to put ice on my ankle 👍So we're still waiting for the Orthopedic doctor to look at it and tell us what's up.

People ask what we eat in Spain and this was a pretty lame week because we ate at Burger King twice, McDonalds once, and Pizza Hut. Then we made some gross rice mixed with eggs, hotdogs, and french fries. And then one day someone fed us pasta which was nice. Also I ate an entire watermelon because they are really cheap and so good. I bought two more for this week!

A super cool experience from this week was we've been working crazy hard to find someone to teach for the past few weeks but we've been less than successful. On Friday night we talked a lot about it and decided that Saturday morning we would find someone who would accept our message. We both had the faith to do it, so we woke up the next day and left our apartment knowing that we would find someone. So we talked to every person until we finally found a super cool Bolivian who wants to come to church and read the Book of Mormon and receive us in his house to teach him and his family. It was an amazing miracle for us after a few weeks of working our hardest and not finding anyone. We should never doubt God's ability to work a miracle in our lives. "Be not faithless, but believing" was what Christ declared unto doubting Thomas. Faith brings miracles!

Dear Friends & Family,

We went to Madrid this week... and made a stop in the beautiful city of Toledo! I have lot of pictures and that's all most of you want to see anyways so I'll send them.

A quick spiritual thought is that I learned a lot about the nature of God this week; how he is merciful and loving and forgiving. I studied Nehemiah 9 in the Old Testament, which recalls all the times that God had mercy on the children of Israel. Many times they chose to disobey his commandments. Nehemiah declares that they "refused to obey, neither were mindful of thy wonders that thou didst among them; but hardened their necks,... but thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsookest them not" (Nehemiah 9:17). God will always have mercy on us when we reach out to him in prayer.
