Friends and Family,
Yesterday my companion Elder Tabilo finished his mission and went home to Chile. So my new companion gets here later today, his name is Elder Vanoli! He's coming from northern Spain so he's got a long trip ahead of him. This week, we had exchanges with the zone leaders, so I was with Elder Stephenson for a while. I learned a lot from his example and how I can be more humble. I also randomly got deathly ill on Wednesday which was weird. But then we went out anyways and visited a family and I randomly got a little better which was pretty cool.
I also went to physical therapy this week, and they cleared me to start walking again! So we celebrated this week by going out and street contacting!! I've been thinking a lot about following the Holy ghost and trying to recognize what thoughts come from God. Mormon teaches the following: "That which is of God inviteth and enticeth to do good continually; wherefore, every thing which inviteth and enticeth to do good, and to love God, and to serve him, is inspired of God" (Moroni 7:13). If we are inspired to serve others and obey God's commandments, these thoughts come from God. I know He lives!
